I had a few questions after placing my order and they got back to me quickly. The aftercare advice was easy to understand and actually helped a lot. Really happy with the support overall, and I’d definitely recommend them

"Pretty happy with these lashes"
I ordered from lightlash.co.uk after my lash tech kind of pointed me in their direction, and I’m really pleased with them. Delivery was fairly quick, the packaging was decent, and the lashes feel nice and light while still looking full. I’ll probably be ordering again.

"Always have what I need"
Well... I’ve ordered from Light Lash a few times now, and the best part is that they actually seem to have what I need in stock. It’s so annoying when you go to reorder lashes and everything you use is sold out, but I haven’t really had that issue here. Makes life much easier when I’m running low and need to top up quickly. Really happy with them so far.

I was mainly looking at the styles and lengths, and there were definitely plenty of lashes to choose from. I didn’t really pay attention to much else, but I do wish they had a few more color options.

"Really Good Quality Lashes"
I ordered some lashes from lightlash.co.uk and I was really impressed when they arrived. They felt lovely and lightweight straight away, not stiff or plasticky like some cheaper ones I’ve tried before. I wore them a few times and the curl still held up nicely, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was simple, but it did the job and everything arrived fine. I’ve definitely bought cheaper lashes in the past, but these felt much better quality. I’ll be ordering again

"Quick fix when it mattered"
Had a little issue with my order, but I wasn’t too fussed about the details once they got back to me so quickly. I mainly cared that it was sorted without any hassle, and they did exactly that. Really happy with how it turned out.

"Retention was just okay"
I bought some lashes from lightlash.co.uk and they looked really nice at first, so I was happy with them. The retention just wasn’t that great for me though. A few stayed on totally fine, but some started coming loose after just a few days. It might’ve been how I applied them, so I’m not 100% sure. They weren’t bad at all, I just kind of expected them to last a bit longer.
